Chose which track of the song you play
MIDI files often separate each part of a song onto a different track. This allows you to choose which part of the song is yours and which part is played by the game for you. For example, you could play the base line first and then change to the lead guitar. Or, you could play the main vocals – you are free to choose whatever you like, as long as the various instruments are separated in the MIDI file you are using. It’s a great way to learn the different roles instruments play in a song or a symphony.

Control the tempo
