Theory Games are a fun way for piano students to learn important music theory concepts. Each game quizzes students on a different aspect of music theory, such as note names, intervals, musical terms and rhythms. Correlated with Alfred's Basic Piano Library.

Name that key  
Identify the piano key that the ladybug is sitting on  
 
Note Name Race/ Chord Name Race  
Correctly identify the notes to finish the obstacle course  
 
Under the Sea!  
Make the correct notes "bubble" to the surface to form scales.  
 
Cross the River!  
Help the frog cross the road safely by identifying musical symbols.  
 
Counting Game  
Collect apples from the tree by adding the missing note values.  
 
Melodic Intervals  
Move the ladybug up and down the rocks by choosing the correct intervals.  
 
Carnival Game  
Identify the harmonic interval so that the dart pops the balloon.
