Question: Where will my order be shipped from? Will I have to pay duty?

Answer: US orders may ship from warehouses in California or Washington.

Canadian, International and some US orders ship from our Canadian office in Manitoba.

Canadian and US orders are NOT charged duty, customs or brokearges charges. International orders may be assessed these fees by your local authorities - please contact them for more information.
