Question: Why are your Canadian and US prices sometimes different?

Answer:

Kelly's Music & Computers (Canada) and Kelly's Music & Computers USA Ltd, are separate companies. As separate and independent companies, each company sets prices according to various market factors, including the cost of purchasing the product.

Kelly's Music & Computers (Canada) sets prices based on the cost of purchasing products from the Canadian distributor for our Canadian warehouse, which may be different than the costs of purchasing it from a US distributor. In some cases we may have to import an item from the US, adding import duties, taxes and shipping charges.

As much as we would like to have our US and Canadian prices equal, it is not possible in many cases due to vendor pricing issues. However, if you have a concern about the price of a specific item, please contact us and we will determine if we can adjust the price for you.

Customers who purchase from Kelly's Music & Computers (Canada) will have their orders billed in Canadian funds and shipped from our Canadian warehouse. Customers who purchase from Kelly's Music & Computers USA will have their orders billed in US funds and shipped from our US warehouse. Canadian customers may choose to order from Kelly's Music & Computers USA instead of Kelly's Music & Computers (Canada), however your order will ship from a US warehouse, and you will be responsible for all taxes, duties, customs and other related import charges and taxes.
