Transcribing music (writing down or printing the notes) from a recording is a very difficult task for a computer to do, and there isn't currently any software that can do this with any accuracy.

The next best thing is to consider software such as Slow Gold, which will slow down the recording to make it easier to transcribe the music yourself.
