Question: I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

Answer:

Over 99% of our orders are delivered on time. Remember that if you selected Ground shipping, it can take 4-7 business days.

If you received notification that your order shipped, you can use the information in the e-mail to log on to our web site and track your order.

Tracking Information
Note that for some orders, the tracking information may only indicate when your order shipped. It may not display in-transit information. We do not have access to any further tracking information that what is displayed on our web site and we will not be able to provide you with any further details if you call or e-mail.

Late Delivery
If your shipment is not delivered on time, we can request a trace on the package. Note that we cannot put a trace until the following time has elapsed:

  • Ground: 7 business days after it was shipped, not including the first day
  • 2-3 Day: 3 business days after it was shipped, not including the first day
  • 1-2 Day: 2 business days after it was shipped, not including the first day

If you contact us before this time has elapsed, we will not be able to request a trace from the courier, nor will they provide us with more details that what is found on our web site.
