Answer:

We ship most orders for in-stock items on the day we receive the order, using the shipping method you request.

We confirm all orders via e-mail. In your confirmation we will indicate an expected arrival time for your address. If an item is out of stock, we will provide you with an ETA (estimated time of arrival.)
