OS X Audio Routing Tricks...
Need a way to route audio from one OS X application to another with lower latency? JACK (Jack Audio Connection Kit) originally developed for GNU/Linux is now available for OS X!

The Kit includes the Jack server, the Jack Audio Server (JAS), a CoreAudio "user space" driver that allows any OS X CoreAudio application to become a Jack client (cool!) and of course some Jack audio plugins - Both AU and VST "Jack-aware". Finally you will want to check out the JackPilot application - the GUI interface that allows you to control the Jack server, and manage the audio connections between applications and/or plugins.

You get download it free at www.jackosx.com.
