From what I've experienced so far your service is the best both in terms of timely response and expertise. Your prices are competative, but even if I find a particular item little cheaper I'l still go with you guys because good service is much more important than a few bucks. I also had a surprising opportunity to speak with Kelly over his cell phone, although my question was not urgent.
