I asked a question about one of your products. I've never bought anything from you nor had I placed an order in conjunction with the product I am interested in. In something less than 24 hours I had received a complete and precise answer - that included additional information needed to make the answer work for me - from "Justin." This kind of direct and personal esponse is becoming very rare in today's marketplace; your service places your organization, with me, in a very small and select group that includes AVG and IOGear.
