I like the way you make yourselves available to us customers. In some other retailing companies, I feel like I am being avoided when I have a question. But I must say, your service in taking the time to reply to all of my questions, by a real person too (not an automated message), your prompt response time, and even following up was so much appreciated. I know that I will be making a purchase here, at Kelly's, because not only your great service and pricing is encouraging, but I like supporting companies that treat customers the way it really should be.
