How can I get sheet music I currently own into my MusicPad Pro?
Digital music files in pdf, jpg and other popular graphics formats can be directly imported through the FreeHand software into the MusicPad Pro. Printed music can be scanned into your computer and then imported to the MusicPad Pro. Better looking results may be obtained by using OMR software such as Smart Score combined with your scanned music.
What music composition software is compatible with the MusicPad Pro?
Any composition software that is available for your computer will work. Finale, Sibelius, Encore and Cakewalk are all examples of software that the MusicPad Pro can read. Anything that can be printed on your PC or Mac can be converted to a viewable file for the MusicPad.
Can I make markings and annotations directly on the MusicPad Pro?
Yes. There are different colored pens, different line widths, highlighters. All of these can be used to mark in real time right on the touch screen with a stylus or your finger.
